Our management team holds all sub-contractors to the same high-quality standards and expectations on all projects. We believe, above all, that we are in the relationship business and strive always to meet and exceed our clients' expectations.

 

Laurie Maita
President, CEO

Laurie Maita has 12 years experience leading the company in the construction of ground-ups, tenant improvements, and all levels of remodel including ADA work. Her experience comes from contracting with restaurants, food chains, coffee chains, specialty chains and other retail and/or commercial projects. Laurie Maita is the RMO for J M Maita Construction's class B general contractor's license. Laurie's current commitments are overseeing all projects in progress and future sales.

Gina Cardoza
Controller

Gina Cardoza has 20 years experience in accounting and management. Her experience comes from the construction, manufacturing, and landscape industries. Her working knowledge includes contractual agreements, lien documentation, corporate financial documents, and implementation of company policies and procedures.

Craig Makela
Project Manager

Craig Makela has 28 years experience in commercial construction management, tenant improvement projects, remodels, and seismic retrofits. His experience includes retail, office buildings, grocery stores, shopping centers, and clean-room projects.

Ryan Maniz
Operations Manager

Ryan Maniz has over 13 years experience in the construction industry. He specializes in all aspects of all tile installation. His current commitments include assisting the Project Manager in estimating and project management as well as overseeing the field personnel.

André O. Wright
Facilities Manager

André O. Wright has over 20 years experience in corporate construction and facilities. He has extensive experience in commercial retail, office build-outs, shopping centers to international high-end clothing and international restaurants. André is well known in the industry as the "guy who just gets it done."
